A stimulating and inspiring Conference Programme has been put together, featuring both policy and party mechanics sessions, plus keynote speeches from Guest Speakers and panel discussions in the fields of health, education, transport, police and technology.

The conference will open with Coffee and Registration at 9.30. Proceedings will start at 10.00 and will close at 16.45pm. Refreshments will be available throughout the day.
Cost:
- Day Delegate Price is £12.50* per person, including lunch and two coffee/tea breaks.
- Early Bird price - £10.00* - was available for bookings before 31st December 2011.
- £6* Liberal Youth Rate is available to anyone under 26.
Booking:
Lunch could only be guaranteed if we received your booking before 13th January 2012.
