A combination of County Council woeful inaction and bad weather is costing local residents.
Huge craters have opened up in roads across our area. Scores of residents have contacted sandy and his team with stories of burst tyres and lost hub caps.
Local resident Allum Uddin (pictured centre) is one of many people forced to pay a huge bill for a shredded tyre. It happened when he hit a pothole while dropping off his son at Mandeville School.
Mr Uddin contacted Sandy Walkington about the incident. Sandy said " I want to see an end to the pointless patching done to date and a proper timetabled programme of permanent repairs."
Sopwell Councillor David Poor commented "I am being contacted every day by residents reporting similar incidents. The County Council is now trying every trick in the book to paying compensation."
